Naspira Nasal Aspirator
Made by a local company, this is my favorite aspirator. It is similar to the Nose Frieda, but the bulb pops off so that it can also do double duty as a bulb syringe. Clients report that this one is more comfortable and easier to use.

Moby Baby Wrap
This tie on wrap is excellent for a range of positions and ages, and is made of an supportive, stretchy material that accommodates different bodies and growing babies easily.
Baby K'tan Wrap Carrier
This was my go-to wrap for when I just needed to get the baby safely to the car while keeping my hands free for other things, or for a quick run into the store. It's so easy to put on, and supports smaller/younger babies well. It's basically a quicker version of the Moby and other tie on wraps, and is usually a big hit with new parents.

Lillebaby Baby Carrier
In the category of pack style wraps, this one is my favorite. It gives the option to bring the straps down each side (backpack style) like with the others of this style, or you can cross them across your back, which I find much more comfortable. There is no infant insert required, it is easy to switch from one position to another, the lumbar support is sooo helpful and comfortable, and the organic version is incredibly soft.

Harlow's Earth Mattress Wraps
If you are using a mattress that is a hand-me-down, or made with flame retardant chemicals, then the risk of SIDS may be increased. Using a wrap such as this one may address that risk, and is an affordable alternative to the non-toxic options above. (There are several sizes, so be sure to choose the one that will best fit your baby's bed. When in doubt, size up and then tape it securely to fit per the instructions.)

This brand is a favorite for it's kimono-style shirts and onesies. Short sleeves are ideal for putting on under another layer for warmth, and shirts are especially useful in the first week or two while dealing with a cord stump.
