Join Midwife (and provider of at home inseminations) Rebecca Elowen to demystify how to chart your ovulation cycle. We will explore the hormonal curves of the follicular phase, how to use and interpret OPKs, the difference between OPKs and Monitors and how to know which is a better fit for you, other fascinating ways to know your ovulation is approaching (or has passed), and how to know when to schedule your insemination.
